- Tell a friend where you are going and when you expect to finish
At the handover
- Inspect items carefully before confirming the swap is complete
- For vehicles, verify V5C, keys, service history, and ID where appropriate
- Use escrow for any cash difference — never large bank transfers direct to strangers
