Using Swaplyo
Swaplyo connects people who want to swap, trade, or sell items. You must be at least 18 years old to use the platform, and you are responsible for the accuracy of the listings you publish.
Listings and offers
Only list items you own and are able to trade. Offers and swaps are agreements between members; once both sides complete a swap, mark it as completed so reviews can be exchanged.
Prohibited items
Illegal goods, counterfeit products, weapons, and any items that infringe the rights of others may not be listed. We remove such listings and may suspend the accounts involved.
Meeting and exchanging
Exchanges are arranged directly between members. Meet in safe public places, inspect items before completing a swap, and use the built-in chat to keep a record of what was agreed.
Liability
Swaplyo provides the platform but is not a party to trades between members. We are not responsible for the condition of exchanged items or for agreements made outside the platform.
